Sushi & Go — Restaurant in Portimão

I went for lunch with my parents and some friends, we sat at the table for almost 30 minutes just to hand in our order and no one approached our table to take our order or even for our drinks order. The food arrived another 10 minutes later and still no drinks. The staff were all over the place, super disorganised.

The sushi once arrived were mostly all broken, the presentation was terrible, we had to ask for our pasta 3 times and only received it once the kitchen was "closed" and it was the wrong pasta...

Once we went to pay they were even charging us for more people when we were only 6 people.

Definelty do not recommend, there's plenty of other sushi places in Portimão...

Sadly I was very excited to try this place but it was a complete let down, got our first two dishes (chicken skewers and calamari) the calamari was tougher than a tyre and at least one pieces of my chicken was raw in the middle…. Walked out after this. Service was odd , showed them the raw chicken and told two servers but no reaction from either, not great :(. It’s a shame as we had ordered a lot more but if the first two dishes are raw + overcooked/bad quality then why would you stay any longer.. spent the rest of the night worried that I was...

Reasonable food, however service could be better. Too much time waiting for food while other tables nearby, which began their meal after us, were being served continuously and accumulated lots of food. They were bringing 6 to 8 pieces of sushi or sashimi each time, for 4 people, with gaps of 5 minutes!! Our kids kept complaining all the time that they were hungry. It was such an unpleasant experience. They "forgot" to serve some items we ordered. We do not wish to go...
