Do Cais — Restaurant in Portimão

I believe this rating cannot be right. It must be including the cafe below because the experience we had at O Cais clearly isn't 3,3. It 's more like a 4,5. Quick service and attentive staff. We ordered Arroz de Tamboril with clams and schrimps and it was cooked to perfection for a fair price....

After coming inside, nobody approached us. After some 10-15min of sitting without a menu, I approached a waiter and told that we are sitting and we would like a menu. I had to take a menu myself and after another 10 minutes when nobody acknowledged...

abbiamo preso un antipasto e un piatto principale, oltre ad una entree. niente di quello che abbiamo preso ci è piaciuto. il baccalà era pesantissimo e navigava letteralmente nell'olio, l'avocado con i gamberi strabordava di una salsa cocktail anni '80, rendendo pressoché impossibile mangiarlo, persino una cosa semplice come le olive era insapore, insalata di carote completamente coperta da cumino. tutto immangiabile, il pasto peggiore del Portogallo.
