Such a lovely park set in this fantastic and historic town ,to enter the park you go through a massive set of gates hinged on ivy covered stone/concrete pillars , the immediate park area through the centre is a series of well manicured and maintained floral beds set in a maize of small bush boundaries. That leads to a higher open level grassed area then to another level of kids play area and a cafe . All around this area are trails leading up and around the forest for lovely countryside walks through the forest and leading to several view points . Many trails in beautiful wood land that take you to different view points as well as some templar secrets such as the Charolina and a small cave, as well a big swing with a view. Also there is a good way to go to the castle and/or the convent. One trail goes beside the aqueduct and a small dam called Kings chair.
