Medieval Legend — Restaurant in Tomar

We have been loving this place for their tosta mista, nata, coffee, and their nice selection of Queijadas.

Although it may look kind of like a cafeteria to tourists, it is actually quite good and one of our favorite places in Tomar for breakfast.

The food is very good, the coffee is top notch, and the service is excellent. (They do speak some English here, but cafes are such a great place to practice your Portuguese, so give it a try. And if you don't know any, ask them - they'll help...

You can find unique pastries there, very delicious and mouthwatering!!! The staff are really good, caring and smiling all the time. It's open from 7:00 a.m to 24 (midnight). After visiting the Convento de Cristo, we stopped by this place to have a bite. All was very tasty and the staff was friendly. We had a stuffed pastry that looked like an egg or spring roll, loaded with veggies and chicken. They had on the menu perfectly cooked chicken gizzards with Portuguese bread.
