It's strategically located near commercial and tourist hubs in the city, and it's also easily accessible via the Doha Metro. If you haven't heard yet of 5/6 Park, here's a short guide to show you all you need to know - what to see, do, and how to get there. The park boasts of a large plant maze that no other parks have. It's designed in the shape of Qatar's map and inspired by the human fingerprint. It has an approximate total area of 6500 sqm, a total longitudinal length of 138 m, and a width of 69 m. It's the focal point of the park. You'll find signage along the entrance and exits to the maze bearing the names of Qatar's coastal cities (Ruwais, Dukhan, Umm Bab, Al Khor, Doha, Al Wakra, Mesaieed, and Salwa). The maze's shape isn't that recognizable when you view it from the Observatory or the Plaza, but for sure, it looks amazing when viewed from the sky or higher buildings. At night, the maze is illuminated by strategically placed lights. Next to the maze is a 5m high hill that gives visitors a 360-degree view of the park and the surrounding scenery. You'll be able to see the 5/6 Arches. the Doha skyline, nearby hotels, and the Maze. Playground - A children's playground is located near the North entrance with a rubberized floor. Jogging track and walkways - There's a 1.4km pedestrian path, a 1.4km jogging track, and stone and sand paths. Bike track and Learn to Bike - Aside from the 1.1km cycle path, there are 20 bicycle parking slots, and there's a designated area in the South entrance for those who want to...

Since this is a public park, expect that there will be kids running and biking around too. They are having really fun coz the park is clean, spacious and full of trees.
It is also an ideal place for picnic with family and friends coz there are well maintained green grass areas and benches to sit into.
Another activity to enjoy is the rental electronic scooter located all over the park. I just don't know the price of it as I didn't tried them. But as much as I know, it can be access through an app which can be seen at the attached manual on the bike. It can be paid only thru debit card and credit card.
Lastly, there are accessible toilet and parking too. Both are clean and free.
However, there are parts that are still under construction and areas that are not well lighted. So please be careful when running and biking. Make sure you use the dedicated lane, the installed tartan looks new and it's so comfy so it's best for running. I think it's also best to visit it in the morning or afternoon coz the view is also pretty. Just not this summer tho coz it's very hot. The place is also soooo relaxing so you would definitely enjoy it. There are also instagrammable spots all over the park, from wall murals to artworks. Ready and charge your phones for memorable photos!
It's also very accessible by train, drop off at Al Qassar Station(red line). Exit at #1 part of the station (hopefully I'm not mistaken). Upon exit at the station, walk straight to the car parking, in front of that...
