Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and frustrating. Entrance with approximately 10 steps : not practical when you have luggages (which is the case most of the time when going to a hotel!). When checking in, i'm asked if i want a smoking or non smoking room. I clearly say NON smoking room, and get my key to... a smoking floor (and room). Coming back downstairs, i assumed it was a mistake, but the guy tell me there is no non smoking rooms left. In that case, what's the point of asking me my preference ?
