I paid quite expensive amount for 7 nights in this hotel, but unfortunately it gave to me a feeling of a low cost and old (80’s Ibis) hotel. I could compare to similar hotel of the same network Ibis in Moscow which was much much better for a lower price. Bed not so bad and not so good. Plastic glasses in bathroom too brittle, I broke one when I removed the protective plastic foil. Wrong wood on the ground, not pleasant at all when we walk. Rooms street side have a double window, due to noise coming from street. The outer windows was not easy to open and close, I had to walk on my desk to reach it. I needed a shelf in the shower to put my own products and I had to put them on the shower ground. There is NO safebox in the room. However, Booking website wrote there was a safebox... In summer period, air conditioning is only set at “cold”. Impossible to heat the room if you are cold. Very bad sound-proofing. I was able to hear the shower of my neighbor as if he was in my room. My wall and bed moved when my neighbors closed their door. My Wifi worked well only on my tablet. It did not work on my smartphone (it was fine 1 week earlier in another hotel) Strange policy about the bottles of water. During a 7 days stay, I had 2 bottles of water every day, except twice. When I asked at the reception, they told me “it is normal because we offer bottles of water only on the first day”. Also, I had the bad surprise to receive a call from the reception at 12:15 in the middle of my stay. The reception told me I had to leave my room at 12:00 and I was late, but they had not checked I should stay again for a few days...

The experience fell far below expectations, and I strongly believe the hotel does not meet the standards associated with the ibis brand.||||During my stay, I discovered that housekeeping staff were not only carelessly handling guests’ belongings but also threw out personal items. In my case, a shopping bag containing brand-new items from a nearby mall was removed from my room during cleaning. I had all the receipts and noted that security cameras were installed throughout the premises.||||Instead of addressing the issue through proper management, hotel staff sent the head housekeeper — and later, oddly enough, an electrician — to discuss the matter. They claimed no management was available and tried to emotionally manipulate me, saying they would have to pay for the loss themselves and that disciplinary actions would be taken against the cleaner.||||After two days of delays and evasive conversations, I was finally told that I was “making it up,” that camera footage wouldn’t help, and was advised to file a police report — conveniently suggested the day before my departure, making it nearly impossible due to my flight and the fact that I’m not a local.||||The hotel staff refused to take responsibility and clearly attempted to hide the issue from the actual management. I will be pursuing this through appropriate channels and sharing my experience publicly to warn...

When checking in, i'm asked if i want a smoking or non smoking room. I clearly say NON smoking room, and get my key to... a smoking floor (and room). Coming back downstairs, i assumed it was a mistake, but the guy tell me there is no non smoking rooms left. In that case, what's the point of asking me my preference ? And why not tell that to me before giving me my keys earlier, instread of assuming i'll take whatever i'm given ?? After inisisting i can't stay in a smoking room, a "miracle" happened : they found a non smoking room ! (exact same room quality, not an upgrade). They could have spare me a way back and forth to a room by caring about the answer to their question smoking or non smoking.
The room : very small , difficult to find a place to put 2 SMALL luggages. Bed's mattress are hard and uncomfortable. Very minimalistic and tiny room. View from window on an old abandonned ugly building.
Hotel location : It's ok. Approximately 2 kms from the...
