Abaya Mall — Attraction in Municipality of Olaya

If you want an Abaya or ladies traditional covering(s) then this is the place to come. The Abaya mall is a literal Alladin’s Cave of Abayas a literal treasure trove. The mall is filled with small and medium Abaya shops all stocked to the hilt. The tailor shops in the mall are fast and will quickly alter any purchases to fit or suit with uncanny craftsmanship meeting the needs and expectations of even the most discerning buyers. Lots of external parking, easy access and only a short distance (1km) from Kingdom Tower this is a great place to visit. One particular shop here is a personal favourite - “Angle of Glory” shop number 64 - outstanding service and very customer focussed, extremely courteous and polite, these ladies are exceptional. So unprofessional. I constantly keep getting messed with by these stores. They literally destroy the abaya then they claim they can’t return it. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. They took my abaya to the tailor. Made me wait an hour even though they said it’ll be done in 30 minutes. And the tailor then destroyed the abaya and they didn’t return my money. Never will I ever step into this mall again. Because I keep giving it chances and try different shops but unfortunately they all play the same trick where they make you pay and then they just take your money and destroy...

Excellent mall with a variety of abayas. My wife spent about 2 hours browsing through shops and found half a dozen abayas to buy. In a rush, we also forgot one of the abayas on the waiting area sofa. We only noticed it the next day. Obviously, we could not find it on that sofa the next day. However, upon telling this to security officer of the mall, he quickly went to his desk and got our bag with abaya.
