the food is great but the service workers really need more training we ordered bbq skewers, rice and a bowl of beef noodle soup at first the male waiter just handed us the tablet device to order and did not come back for atlst 10 mins. i had to call the only waitress working at that time (i guess her name was nina) she smiled and took our orders after few minutes the waiter brought our soup and rice but did not provide any spoon, bowl or plates for another 10 minutes. again i had to call the waitress and she apologized and quickly ran to get us the utensils the waiter on the other hand came back and just put our skewers more likely just dropped it and went the most embarrassing part that happened was after when we paid our bill in cash. as we were about to leave and we were at the door the waiter in the reception shouted in loud voice "Sir you didn't not pay" twice and everyone was looking at us. we were shocked and approached the reception to clarify that we did pay but the guy insisted that we didn't loudly. he proceeded to ask if we paid in cash or card.we mentioned that cash and then he said wait. he went inside and asked and was asking loudly to someone if we Paid or not. after confirming he came and said sorry because the waitress did not print the receipt how didn't the waitress not print if the receipt was already on the table with the tip we left

the management should really give training the male staff the only good worker that evening was the filipino waitress

management needs to train the male staff to be more attentive to the guests needs as it was clear they focused more on the orders of the Chinese and arab groups as us being filipinos they didn't even try to approach us till we called them!!! second please they have no hygiene. they have clean clothes but have strong body odors that makes it uncomfortable for guests...

If you like to waste 200 sar go to this nasty restaurant..... 1- they gave us the paycheck after we ordered before we got our food while others paid after their meal..... 2- The broth was cold and took ages to get hot. That's fine I guess. We discovered that the machine was holding on for dear life. 3- The greens were full of dirt (check the photo) and they have the audacity to make fun at the kitchen window as if we didn't hear. 4- The meat slides were full of blood clots and disgusting. 5- we ordered spring rolls as appetizers and they told us in advance they only have 5 instead of 6 and will comp us for that.... Guess what they made us pay full. 6- Kids running around and screaming was the cherry on top. Don't get me wrong I love kids but when they start bumping our table dropping stuff was the annoying. 7- when the issue got addressed to the "manager" he gave us back 60 sar which is better than nothing and gave us a look.

Life tip to the Chinese girl who spoke bad about "my stuck up attitude" in Mandarin..... Hopefully you fill the gap between your ears where you suppose to have a brain with wisdom and hospitality...

Well decorated and decent chicken wings but the positives stop there. The food claims to be Chinese but it is NO where near being Chinese..it is completely unauthentic and no Chinese tastes like that. It's very clear that the chefs are not from that region. The stir fry noodles were not stir fried nor were the stir fry lamb scallion. The worst was the sweet and sour chicken. It was nothing like it..instead it had a pancake batter coating that gave it sweetness. Just plain awful and disappointing. The plates are also huge without purpose.

Please, I would strongly advise that the restaurants watch YouTube videos and tutorials on how to improve their choice of ingredients...
