This review is not about the hotel itself, but of the scam and truly unprofessional and exuberantly overpriced laundry service that is supposed to represent the reputation, utmost quality and top customer service, the Four Seasons Hotel chain is synonymous for around the world, including in Riyadh. I made the mistake of requesting a delivery pickup service from my compound on December 9th. I sent two pairs of brand new expensive formal trousers and a new blazer for dry cleaning. I received them yesterday and paid over 250 SAR. I honestly did not think to look at the returned items because everyone raves about the Four Seasons laundry service and plus I had to head out for work and then travel in a few hours. When I came back home to pack for my flight, i noticed the disaster hangers they used which were an absolute joke. First of all, there was no support underneath the shoulders inside the jacket. Secondly, and most importantly, while dry cleaning the trousers they did not cover or protect the Boss branded metal tips of the jogger chords, hence damaged them completely and the paint scraped off. This is an absolute shocker and frankly Speaking the hotel should be ashamed of itself for allowing such a shambolic dry cleaning service to carry its name. I am absolutely livid and furious. Had I not needed to travel to Jeddah today, I would have taken my items to the GMs administration office to ask them if damaging a brand new pair of formal Boss trousers was...
