Rozana salons - ladies (Beauty Salon) — Attraction in Riyadh Region

DO NOT GO HERE. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. The service I received was beyond unacceptable. I went in for a hair mask and blowout, expecting to pay the 170 they quoted me on WhatsApp. But when I arrived, they suddenly raised the price to 220. I reluctantly agreed because I needed my hair done, but it turned into a complete disaster.

The woman doing my hair was rude, unprofessional, and clearly inexperienced. She kept coughing on me throughout the process, which was disgusting and unacceptable. After washing my hair and roughly pulling at it, she started the “blowout” while my hair was still soaking wet. By the time she finished the first section, the roots were obviously still wet. When I pointed this out, she screamed at me that this was a “perfect blowout” and that because I have curly hair, it couldn’t possibly look any better.

Her behavior was so appalling that her friend had to come over and physically pull her aside to calm her down. Then, another coworker stepped in to dry my roots, which only made my hair puffy and frizzy. I decided not to say anything further, but then I overheard them openly mocking me. They were laughing in English, right in front of me, making fun of my curly hair and saying that it was impossible to get a proper blowout. They even called over other coworkers to join in on their jokes, as if humiliating me was entertainment for them.

When I confronted them, they had the audacity to lie and say they weren’t laughing, claiming they were just “discussing” how to do my hair. Both my sister and I witnessed five women standing there, openly mocking me. It was absolutely humiliating.

When I asked for the owner’s contact information, they refused to provide it. Instead, they gave me the WhatsApp number of someone named Dolly, who dismissed my complaints and told me to go to another branch. This was the most unprofessional, disrespectful, and degrading experience I’ve ever had. Avoid this place...

The salon owner is so cheap to afford AC and the temperature is set to 24 far away from where you are waxing!! I went for Eyebrows haircut pedicure waxing facial. Thought of trying another branch of this salon but Literally insane people are present in this salon I must say, unprofessional at its peak. The lady who waxed my legs applied depilatory 20 times to the same part without compression, she was so tired of her job even while doing eyebrows she did one thin and one thick and when u say her she’s like I won’t argue on this, I have done perfectly. The depilatory wax is applied 25 times to your underarms by other lady and she tries to remove hair. The wax strips are on your hand half tore and she applies oil to both hands. When I said please use other wax after all these trials she said no I’ll try with this only, is she mad??? At last she said it’s done and my half underarm was remaining. I said her do threading and remove the rest. Mad lady PEELED MY BOTH UNDERARMS and it’s burning like hell. The lady who did pedicure, I had hopes she would do better, but even after denying to touch my both toe she has dug deep as if I work in mud and my toe pain didn’t let me sleep for the whole night. Facial strokes are also not professional she will rub the scrub and creams left right up and down like scrubbing a surface. pathetic! Never...

Hi all ! Last night I had a very good experience at Rozana salon. They all were doing such an amazing work to be appreciated. I had a facial with the haircut which the output was something magical. The facial was very relaxing & calming. I felt very fresh & relief afterwards. The esthetician (whom I forgot to ask her name) did a very good job doing my facial which turned out great. The hairdresser Reji dressed up my hair with the layer cut perfectly. She was very sincere & kind enough towards her work aiming to give the best output for her customers. Most importantly their prices were reasonable & affordable for everything. I still love my haircut & enjoy my new look. Thank you so much...
