The Legacy of Petar Lubarda — Attraction in City of Belgrade

Nice collection and amazing story behind the legacy and life of Lubarda. The house looks very nice and totally immerse you into the period when he produced some of his best paintings. Unfortunately many of these are lost, stolen or destroyed being left in the bad condition environment after his death. I hope they will fix presentation on tablets and allow visitors to use the app that doesn't exist and it's advertised everywhere. Peter Lubarda (1907-1974), was one of the greatest Yugoslav painters of the 20th century and a member of the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts. The museum was built in the house where Lubarda lived. Currently it consists of 24 paintings, 292 drawings and graphics, furniture, archival and manuscripts, part of the library and personal objects of the artist.
