Very warm welcome from the staff and one of the most beautiful buildings in the Sharm El Sheikh area.

I am adding to this and the only reason I have not reduced it to one star is because of the warm welcome at reception. Firstly, the team offered a chance to win $1000 for a positive review...this was interesting as I haven't even set foot on the main floor yet! Also, you're better off having some fun if it's in a casino elsewhere. Staff on the floor are incredibly rude and arrogant, never have I felt so unwelcome once I walked through the doors. You're watched like a hawk by the staff who stand by the tables to check if you're cheating, I genuinely couldn't sit comfortably at any time. Secondly, don't bother using any dollar bills which may have been "overused" or have creases on them. They won't accept it. I was told to change it by one of the staff members who was one of the ones standing, watching me ever since I set foot in there as if I were a criminal or something. He was ever so rude and arrogant. I was asked to change my "used" money at the cashier (under the impression that it will be fine), the cashier refused and that was when I tipped over. At no point was a solution offered, even a member of the management team came over to speak to me and said he will speak to the cashier.

It was my first time to Egypt and I was told how hospitable and friendly the people are. This one individual ruined the experience for me and my visit to the casino. From that moment onwards, I never ever want to set foot in there again and will not want to recommend it to anyone.

The place is very bad, I would advise going to another casino, the manager doesn't know how to behave respectfully with customers, moreover they Don't hold themselves accountable for mistakes, instead of apologizing they try to find excuses and blame the customers instead, never coming back to this place The workers, specifically the manager (almost bald guy), are really rude towards people, especially Arabs customers. He wanted me to get up and leave the table because the chair is just for players only, even though I was a player, also I he told me to go and wait on the bar and that I'm not allowed to watch the game which is ridiculous giving the fact that there were a lot of other people present besides me. I'm demanding an apology for such behavior, but giving the fact that this establishment is one of the lowest I have ever gone through the displeasure of entering, I suspect they would have the decency to own up to their mistakes and apologize Edit1: Egyptian are not allowed to play by law in the casino, so don't say things you know are not true, so you would justify your staffs' lack of respect second I was a player just because I ran out of money doesn't mean you can kick me out at the same second and last no one complained because everyone at the table were people I know and even if they complained, your manager should handle it better giving the fact I'm customer, what a nerve to type something so rude and full of crab.
