Sky Park Bratislava — Attraction in Bratislava

now I'm staying here. I'm coming from a 7 country tour and this is by far the most horrible accommodation. the pictures speak for themselves. we are staying in Sky Park Bratislava no 3 in room 092, at Mr. Martin :) . God forbid!!! I reported the problems to him and his excuse was "it's the end of the season so things can break, but I'll enjoy the German equipped kitchen :)))) poor him, he doesn't know I'm from Germany. PS: I can overlook all the flaws in the apartment and the lack of coffee or even a "welcome" glass of water, but I can't get over the cockroaches found in the bedroom. I'm disgusted. I feel i am scamed but I'll overlook it and just leave comments fir tou...

Outstanding modern architecture of 3 apartment buildings designed by Zaha Hadid Architects sits near the old town and the bank of Danube. It is situated on newly growing and developing urban area. People can enjoy quality public space such as wonderful landscape design, several shops, cafeteria, outdoor gym, kids playground, etc. Visitors' garage parking is available via Tovarenska street and cost 2€/hr. We've had a take-away coffee near kids playground and was brilliant. Playground is good equipped, so gym is. Only some details looks wretched/ground metal surface divider is mostly exposed and dangerous, ramp for bikers or bench...

Moja posledná skúsenosť je taká, že aj keď ide o verejné priestranstvo, krásne budovy a podobne, vybehol na mňa SBSkár, že čo si to dovoľujem fotiť tam. Nefotil som žiadne osoby (okoloidúcich ani nič podobné), len pár, ktorý ma o fotografie požiadal a aj tak doletel SBSkár, že je to zakázané a pod. sračky.

To čo už má znamenať? Odkedy sú verejné priestranstvá zakázané fotografovať? Veľmi rýchlo by mu to policajti vysvetlili, ale nechcel som stresovať pár, čo som fotil.

1. verejné priestranstvo, ktoré nie je oplotené a je naň verejný prístup = verejný priestor, nie súkromný
2. ak nie je nikde označený ako súkromný (a oplotený), určený len pre "rezidentov z budov", potom je to opäť verejný priestor...
3. bez akýchkoľvek značik so zákazom fotiť, je fotenie verejných priestorov povolené!

O tom, že sa architektonické objekty často stavajú ako luxusné aby práve boli prezentované, tak bez toho, aby ich niekto fotil, mi to príde ako niečo, čo nedáva zmysel... Vlastníkom (asi corwin) radím, aby si láskavo ukočírovali nezmyselných SBSkárov, čo sa hrajú na...
