Salt 'n Pepper Venue — Attraction in Gauteng

I had a terrible dining experience at this Buffet restaurant. The management should visit a Buffet restaurant in Dubai to see how it is done.

In a buffet restaurant the bain-maries should be full and the food must be piping hot. At the salt n pepper each bain-marie had about one or 2 plates of food and it looked cold and limp. The food definitely seemed to be very stale.

There were about 2 types of salads and there was hardly any dessert. When we called the manager to complain that the dessert had run out he said he will go to the kitchen and check. After a few minutes he was back at his chair and was busy on his mobile. He did not even bother to let us know if we will get more dessert or not.

I would never recommend this restaurant as the service...

Despicable service. I ordered and scheduled a deliver for 5.30pm on uber eats. I didnt receive my order and they cancelled it at 6pm. It is the month of ramadaan and I am fasting. I now have to prepare after coming home from work with everything frozen in my freezer. If Salt n Pepper could not deliver on time why even accept the order. Disgusting and disgraceful to their reputation with no principle behind it. Will never eat or buy anything from them again yet ,they are literally 3 minutes away from me. Thank you but no thank you for the useless service...

Wow😋 what an awesome place.We had my sisters wedding at the venue on the 5th of December'20 and I couldn't have ask for better. The food was amazing the service was of top class. The waiters even assisted with my terrible 2 year old nephew which we had to run after every second. A very special thank you to Tyrelle and the other waiters. Thank you so much Hassan for the great hospitality felt like home. We definitely coming again to enjoy again when I return to Johannesburg. We definitely enjoyed more than just 5 stars. Thank you...
