Our visit to Brenton-on-Sea, Lake Brenton, and Belvidere was a delightful adventure. After arriving late in the afternoon in Brenton-on-Sea, we enjoyed a fantastic meal and a good night's rest. The following day greeted us with clear skies and sunshine, perfect for exploring this charming coastal village. We marvelled at the long, pristine white beach, savoured a delicious breakfast at Blu Restaurant, attempted to spot the nearly extinct butterfly species, and took a leisurely stroll along Fishermans Walk. Our journey then led us to Lake Brenton, where we encountered mesmerising nature and wildlife. Finally, we ventured to Belvidere, a place steeped in history, and explored the historic Anglican Church. Our time spent in these three locations was...

Warning🔴🔴 The beach is very dangerous for swimming and has strong, turbulent waves, and there is no rescue team hired I struggled with death, and I had seconds to drown, had some professional surfers not saved me later, may God protect us.

My advice: do not swim at any beach if there is no rescue team, and do not swim if the waves are strong.

I wish to place rescue teams...

One of the best beaches near Knysna. It is a long golden sandy beach. It is very clean. It has a good public restrooms. There are plenty of car parking. The view of the beach from the car parking is very beautiful. There plenty of sitting chairs to relax and watch the sea. The road from Knysna to the Brenoton beach is also a secenic road.
