Lots of beach and sand. Does get crowded especially by boat launch when the sun is up and hot. Days without wind this place is magical. The area is safe with plenty of parking. Lots of little coffee shops and restaurants about. Sorry to see some restaurant chains ( debonairs and fish aways) ps. The fish is frozen and fish not anywhere from the west coast. The area had a very peaceful, quite and serene atmosphere unlike the hustle and bustle of city life. We definitely want to return to this wonderful cottage...
