Wonderful beach, stunning views. However not my cup of tea: the water is freezing even during the summer and it can be uncomfortably windy. My mistake was to go without checking the wind forecast. As a person of color I had a really hard time to just pick any restaurant around to eat because the staff is racist. Nothing to do with ability to pay or dress code. Read moreIt's a small and enjoyable beach ideally out of the wind and lots of little places for young kids to explore.
Plenty of shells on the beach to keep young collectors busy for hours. It is not recommended that you go into the water.
There are toilets on site but they get locked in the evening.
One should also exercise caution when walking among the rosks as serious injury could result from a careless slip.
Great place to watch the sun go down and there's plenty of parking close by.

There's a tidal pool in the right corner, which the tide cleans out and can feel like a chacuzzi and is a delight...
