Great place to shower/relax on a layover or before a flight. I only did the 11,000 won shower option, so this review is based on that. Everything was extremely clean, organized, and easy to navigate as a tourist. Easy to find from bus drop off at Terminal 2. It is on level B1. Also, it now shows up on the airport directory, so just use that if you have any trouble. I was the only woman there when I first showed up at 3:30 pm on a Friday. It got more crowded as the afternoon passed, but there were only about 10 women there by the time I left at 5:30 pm. I was confused if we were allowed to wear clothes or not at first because there was no signage. Most women were completely naked, but there were others with only bottoms on. The showers are open style, so everyone sees everything anyway. In the shower room, there are 3 hot tubs : Two were about 35C and one was about 42C. There also is a sauna and about 15 showers. They stored my large checked bag for free. If you have a second bag, it is an extra small fee to store. I had a large backpack, and it fit well in the locker room lockers, so I didn't have to pay the second bag fee.

After finding On Air spa at T1 closed, we decided to make the effort and take the 20 min shuttle bus to T2 to check out Spa at Home, which seemed to be newly opened. Unfortunately, the experience became a very short one, for the following reasons. 1. Staff hardly understands and speaks any English. 2. They were extremely rude in handling questions. 3. We arrived at 5:50. When one reaches the establishment, it becomes clear that they have 2 different charges: A) night charge (28,000 KRW) from 8 pm to 6 am. B) day charge (22,000 KRW) from 6 am to 8 pm. Considering we were planning to spend at least 4 hours there, undoubtlfully most of the time spent would have been in daytime use. Yet, they sneakingly wanted to charge us the night rate. When they were questioned about the fact that 95.8% of the time we were about to spend would have been in daytime, they simply laughed at us, making sarcastic comments in Korean behind our back. Not sure how can the managing company, Sean Hotel Group, hire such unprofessional staff, with lack of basic customer service skills.

Directions: Find Incheon Airport Regional Customs Passenger clearance (see photo) at B1 of T2, then turn right. It is too new so it doesnt appear on the airport directory. However you can use location on Google map as its indoor location is accurate. Great service from start to finish! The Korean male staff kindly greeted me and guided me as its my first time. When I left, the friendly Malaysian female staff also helped to answer many of my queries. For eg if you leave your luggage with them, its regardless of size and since its 24/7, you can retrieve it anytime. The nap zone is gendered, accessible only with ur key and completely dark (and a little cold but you can rent a blanket for 4000 won). Theres the communal zone where its lit and you can join your spouse/gfbf/friends. Sauna is located at the showers and hot bath area. Hair dryer is lit, very good n dries fast. You get one small and one large towel, as well as their clothes. Water cooler is available inside. Because there is also baggage storage, I think its good for those on layovers too.

Great way to relax for a long layover if outside of security in terminal 2. The place was a little hard to find but only because you will think that there is nothing at the end on the west side. If you exit the elevators go to the right and get walking until you see it on the left. It will be on the same wall as Olivia's just further down. The spa is separated by genders for showers and saunas. There are also gender specific nap rooms if you choose, however those room only have floor mats for sleeping which was uncomfortable for me, but they are dark. I preferred the lounge chairs in the open area, which was fairly quiet, except for the foot traffic of cleaning staff and individuals going to their respective sides. You will either need to rent a blanket and eye mask for the section, if you don't have one or use a towel. Your legs maybe a bit cold due to the shorts. I paid for the shower and nap which allows 6 hours for about $20. I was there for about 3 but worth it for the clean hot shower, great products, and quiet.

Amazing experience and a life saver for those that are flying in at the dawn and the hotels won’t be ready for check in any time soon. For 11,000 KRW (there’s a promo right now, additional 30% off) you get 2 hours access to a locker, bathroom, sauna, shower, and hot tub. Theres also a lounge area for naps - lounge wear provided - but that’s an upcharge. They’ll hold your luggage while you’re there. Towels are provided, other amenities can be had at extra cost. Facility already has toner, lotion, and hair dryers for use. You can ask for toothbrush etc. which are also complimentary. I flew in at 5 AM and the hotel wouldn’t be ready until 4 PM. I left Spa at Home feeling refreshed.

I had an awful experience at the airport as I missed my flight. I had to find a place to sleep overnight till my next flight. Found this place and stayed for the night. They have showers , sauna and a bath. The reception was kind and caring. Thank you
