Checked out the place to find dinner and try the local Korean beer and fried chicken closest to my hotel… yes, area is under a building construction in the front but the side alley is safe enough to walk to this small food haven corner street. Ate in one of the smaller restaurant, 4th from the corner to get the small mom pop cooking with the owner very accommodating with very little English.
