Paul Bassett Hannam Coffee Station — Attraction in Seoul

4/5 stars now 1! The place is nice. I know it since it opened. I'm (was!) a good customer, I also brought many people there. Sorry to say that, but the quality in general is really going down. They don't use anymore real green tea powder to make green tea latte, but a "base" that contains also powdered milk. As a result people with intolerances and vegans now can have only teas. To avoid the usual tea, yesterday I had a "cinnamon latte" with soy milk, and they gave me an ugly beverage with cocoa (!!!) and a little cinnamon powder on top. Result: I was really unwell until this morning!!! For sure there was some milk/powdered milk inside!!! Thank God I'm not allergic!!! BUT the diet I've been doing since months with big sacrifice to get rid of my intolerance was messed up, and now I have to start over again!!!!! Why every place/chain behave in this way in Seoul?!! After they become famous and have regular customers, they start saving on ingredients, buying cheap ones!!! This means no respect at all for customers! Where is your work ethic?!! Please Mr Paul Bassett, do something!!! Check what they're doing! Ask them to train better the crew. I'm sure you don't want these things ever...
