Bugeotguk from the name of restaurant is Dried Pollack Soup, which is traditional food eaten for hangover after drinking. So, the name is figuratively reminiscent of alcohol and in deed it's a good restaurant to eat with drinks. The signature menu is Combination Jeon (Korean style Pizza or Pancake), Sea food platter. Seasoned cockles are tasty and calls for alcohol. It is also new and savory to dip beef sashimi in sesame oil sauce (in stead of the usual red pepper paste) Seasoned bellflower root with boiled pork slices is also recommended because the two foods go well together.
