Edit (replying): I did not express great satisfaction. Actually I quote, I said: " I DO NOT NOTICE ANYTHING DIFFERENT AFTER 2 TREATMENTS" and I guess that is normal. Do not confuse my easy going and bubbly personality with "great satisfaction". I was trying to have an open mind, and help out by even spreading the word. As I had hope for this place. And that is my mistake. As per "trying to accommodate" my friend... I don't think you are booked for the whole year. If you wanted to find a time and help her, you would. The policy is totally understandable, only if BOTH OF US were not ALREADY super flexible with you. We expect the same.
Not happy with the customer service. I had 2 treatments. Those kind of treatments do not need some big professionalism, but I still can say that the treatments were only okay. The person attending me, came late and did not bother to communicate beforehand. Even though I had made it very clear that I am leaving in the middle of work, and have to get back. No respect for other people's time. And wanting to help them out, I recommended this clinic to a friend. They cancelled her one time and then when rescheduled she missed the appointment. First, I scheduled an appointment which was cancelled the day before with the explanation that there is no one available to proceed the treatment. This was still fine and can happen. They gave me 3 other appointment options 2 weeks later of which I picked one of them. When it was time for the rescheduled appointment, I totally forgot and replied them 2 minutes after the actual treatment would have started, that I am not gonna make it and if there is a possibility to reschedule or I would need to come 30 min later. They just said today it’s not possible and they want to see what they can offer. After I did not hear back from them, I contacted them 2 days later again and they told me that they can offer to buy a new treatment with 50% off.
