I had issues with my laptop (MacBook Pro) twice (I accidentally spilled liquid on the keyboard both times), and both times I turned to this team for help. The first experience was good, but the second time truly showed their high level of professionalism and dedication.

After the initial cleanup, the keyboard still had some issues. However, the technician handling the repair was determined to deliver the best possible result. He fully replaced the keyboard and cleaned the entire laptop — it looked and felt like brand new, just as he promised.

Even when the replacement keyboard turned out to have a factory defect, he didn’t settle — he ordered a new one again and made sure everything worked perfectly.

Great service! Screen of my phone (pixel 7 pro) was broken. The were able to fix it in 1 day (you make an order on one day and can replace the screen next day - in just 1-2 hours). Moreover is was an issue with the new screen (some factory defect) - I found it several days after, and they replaced the screen for free one more time.
