Platja d'Illetes — Attraction in Calvià

Great little Urban beach, Do you need to walk down or you gonna park by the beach bears in mine there is a beach club and you can go almost next to it and park there for free. White sand thin. Clearwater easy to go into the sea and to come out, there are fishes and easy to spot them water so clear you can sea the bottom of the sea. You can rent paddle boards and they even have some boats for kids with slides etc on them. Didn’t see any bbq boat unfortunately, hehe Very Child friendly not crowded in the morning again we go early leave by 11:30 I’ve heard it gets really crowdedness the afternoon but we had an amazing time. I would come back anytime in the morning with kids the Beach club opens at 10 AM so you can have food and drinks from early morning there’s a red umbrellas and sun beds. There are a few shops by the beach and there’s even a massage center that looks real nice that has loads of massage beds very professional looking with...

The sea was amazing, and the sand was very clear. The water was quite deep, so you had to walk quite a distance to swim. It was a pleasant and wonderful environment, but there weren't many places to go, so you had to bring everything with you, which could be a bit tiring. However, something happened to me for the first time: a jellyfish stung my foot twice, and it was very painful. I was in a lot of pain. Beach was really lovely but it's dominated by a beach club that was, frankly, very expensive (€18 for a sandwich). Having said that the water was crystal clear and the sand was very um... sandy. There were a couple of mini markets around the corner if you didn't want to remortgage your house and I believe there were other cafes as well which may have been better. We cycled there from Palma which was pretty okay with a few steep hills. There's quite a lot of road cycling once you get out of the city so perhaps not so good if that makes...
