If you want to keep your belongings, avoid this place at all costs. Asked to store my shoes behind the counter of the hut as they cost around £500. Was told that they had stopped storing shoes behind the counter and that I had to leave them on the sand next to the hut. I did protest but was brushed off. I hid my shoes underneath a tub holding the life vests and was gone for around 40 minutes. I returned to the hut after being on the obstacle course, which left me with deep cuts and scratches due to it obviously falling apart and needing a refurbish, and found that both my shoes and my sunglasses that I had placed inside my shoes were missing. This totalled around £900. I then went to the desk and told the same man I spoke to before about the situation and was again brushed off saying ‘it is impossible to watch all belongings’ the fact that I was not allowed to store my shoes and sunglasses behind the counter in the hut and then basically ignored when my belongings were stolen either tells me that this happens so often the staff have become desensitised to complaints, or that my shoes and sunglasses had in fact been moved behind the counter by the hut attendant because he quite fancied my shoes and sunglasses and wanted them for himself. Either way, your items are not secure and will be taken if valuable and you will be left with injuries after going to this place. I cannot stress enough how you should avoid this place...
Read moreI highly recommend avoiding this place. We paid without really checking reviews or the actual place. Our bad indeed.
After we approached the water we realised:
The water was quite deep and when the waves were rough it's quite difficult for a kid to get across.
Lots of crying kids without anyone seemingly there to assist or care.
Kids with cuts and bleeding. Likely due to sharp edges.
Mostly older kids and adults. Yes ADULTS. So I highly recommend not taking anyone under 15 or so.
We went back and explained that we cannot do it as the kids are too young. Although they recommended it for ages 6. It's 100% not suitable for anyone that age so just a way for them to make more money.
We saw other people complaining but there is ZERO customer service.
In fact they are trained to show you a big sign that says NO REFUNDS. Which they fail to show you before.
They should advise people to check it before and point this out. But they don't.
Place is run by kids.
Life guards ? A few KIDS once again who cannot be responsible for kids. They don't seem to care one bit about what's going on there.
This place should be shut down! Well be working with the local council body to investigate this place further and hopefully get it improved, age groups updated or shut down!

Read moreStaff are rude and unhelpful! When the wind increased and it was obviously unsafe to use the wibit, our kids wanted to return to shore. They asked for assistance as staff were using a raft to come back & forth themselves but they were instructed to swim back to shore. As the water was very rough it was hard for them to jump off safely and the staff didn’t even make an attempt to assist them or even watch them to make sure they were ok. Horrible experience and frightening to think they would not help young children back to shore under the circumstances of the rough sea. If you think the staff there care about your children’s safety,...
