I love dior and have several of their beautiful pieces. It is for their benefit however that i will not consider this store’s staff a representation of the brand.i’ve been to many boutiques and am familiar with the way it is supposed to go but my experience here was terrible. the sales associate was generally very rude and disinterested. after she asked me what i wanted i jokingly said show me all the jewelry. she did not look amused and simply said it was not possible because they have over 600 pieces. I said no problem and suggested we looked at some pieces together and if she could pull out some for me to try based on the descriptions i had given her. i was ASTOUNDED that after this she pulled out her phone onto dior.com and said choose the one you want and i’ll bring it out for you to buy. we then asked if there was any other pieces we could add to an already existing coin purse keychain one of my family members had on their car keys and the sales associated kept on repeating “not possible not possible” claiming they don’t make coin purses with keychains or any related accessories. after this we kindly left the store and will be taking our patronage elsewhere. very disappointed. do...

Miserable staff. Ive got some Dior shoes last week, and when I used them today, hurt my feet really. So passing the store, I stopped and told the lady could you just send a feedback from me and explained that the shoes really hurt me that I had to take them off and go some random shop to buy £20 shoes to be able to walk. The way she looked at me was like I wasn't welcome at all, she like scanned me from top to bottom with a miserable look on her face and didn't even say I will pass the feedback, she said it's normal if they're nee, but then I said I've been wearing them since a week now but may be coz I've walked like 1 hour today, so she said I never heard something like this before and we never had any feedback like this, means ??
