Estoy pasando por una mala experiencia, eh comprado una cartera a la cual se le daño el broche de la cadena con tan solo tres veces de uso, en el mes de agosto me acerque a la tienda oficial en puerto banus donde se realizó la compra y por motivos de verano la fábrica estaba cerrada y no lo podían arreglar inmediatamente, el asesor me sugirió que la arreglara yo misma con pegante lo que me pareció una broma de mal gusto, me negué y lo siguiente que me dijo es que la dejara y en el mes de septiembre me llamarían para entregármela reparada, al día de hoy 7 de diciembre solo me dan evasivas sobre el lugar donde se encuentra la cadena, los asesores suponen que está en el taller esperando un turno para ser reparada por la alta demanda de reparaciones...
