Louis Vuitton Marbella Club — Attraction in Marbella

Had the most wonderful experience in the store at Marbella Club Hotel yesterday.

I explained that I was hoping to purchase a birthday gift but had no real idea what I wanted.

Charles immediately selected a few pieces for me to look at and of course the first item was the one I purchased. He instinctively knew what would suit and also what would be within my budget without asking.

Every member of staff engaged with my family in a very cheerful and pleasant manner.

I made an appointment for this visit as I really did want a birthday treat. My entire family were treated to the Louis Vuitton experience and got to appreciate what a luxury brand purchasing experience should be like.

We were made to feel welcome and part of the LV family. I don’t have an endless budget and was a little anxious about this, but I needn’t have been and was truly treated like a princess by everyone at LV Marbella Club.

I looked everywhere for an item that was sold out in Germany. on the website it was shown to me that this article is still available in marbella club. My email was answered by an extremely nice employee who informed me that the item was in stock and that I could come pick it up. unfortunately it was not possible for me to come to marbella. with a lot of emails we found a way how i can buy the item and get it delivered to my home. Ayer tuve el placer de ser atendida en la boutique Louis Vuitton Marbella Club y la experiencia fue simplemente excepcional. Nada más entrar, Lola se acercó con una amabilidad y calidez que me hicieron sentir muy bienvenida. Me mostró con detalle un bolso que había visto previamente en la web, explicándome todas sus características y las diferentes formas de llevarlo.

En todo momento, Manuel estuvo pendiente de que estuviéramos cómodas, ofreciéndonos champán, agua u otra bebida que pudiéramos desear. La atención fue impecable.

Cristina Brown también estuvo supervisando nuestra visita, con una simpatía y cercanía únicas, transmitiendo su pasión por la marca y su historia. Incluso nos llevó a conocer una sala privada con piezas exclusivas, lo cual fue un detalle muy especial.
