Chiqui Festival — Attraction in Marratxí

Took my 8 year old here whilst on holiday. Paid €10 for a hour of play. Within 10 minutes on the play equipment she was injured, which was not noted by the staff supervising the play area. The staff were quite unhelpful until we requested a medic and only then were we taken seriously and offered help to the car with no refund and no additional assistance or advice. Please note that there are no trained medical professionals within this complex , nor any identifiable person to deliver first aid to an injured child. Bought a ticket for the bounching castle, the paw patrol one. My son of almost two would not go in, dont know why. He is 2, happends. Without even setting one step in the castle they would not refund the ticket so we could do something else. Realy childisch, commercial thinking. Its 2,5 euro and its a ticket for a 2 year old... realy.!? Karma will get this place. Have fun with the 2,5 euro's.

Update: After some discusion my eldest (4) could stay in the casle a little longer for some compensation. From one to two stars. Still a strange chain...

Je suis venue avec mes deux fils, et je ne peux que recommander d’éviter cet endroit. J’y allais très souvent car j’habite Majorque, mais récemment les prix ont augmentés drastiquement. Mais si ce n’était que ca ! Maintenant pour 10€, c’est 1 heure mais attention, seulement 2 attractions illimitées. Le reste est maintenant limité à 1 ou 2 tours suivant l’attraction. Du vol! Mon fils a alors voulu attendre le dernier moment pour faire son deuxième tour de manège, et il a été Refusé pour avoir dépassé de 5 minutes… évidemment vous pouvez imaginer la deception d’un enfant qui se faisait une joie de garder le manège pour la dernière minute, ca a finit en pleur. Alors je comprend qu’il faille faire attention à l’heure, mais dans toute cette histoire, je retiendrais le personnel qui étais particulièrement exécrable. À pars la dame du manège qui voulais accepter les petits comprenant la situation, deux autres ont déboulés et étaient à la limite de l’agression non seulement sur nous mais aussi sur des petits de 5 ans. Sans parler de la dame à la caisse, à qui j’ai quand meme payé en plus 5€ de canard (pour récupérer 4 canards le temps de 30 secondes) + 2 fois le manège extérieur, nous agresse en haussant le ton et hautainement coupe la parole et parle à d’autres clients.
