Lizarran — Restaurant in Marratxí

Waited about 30 to 40min for someone to take our order , asked for several times for drinks and nothing .

We were basically ignored by the tattooed guy outside and the blond female kept saying ‘wait outside’.

They served two tables with Spanish customers that arrived after us.

They even had a very long chat with the Spanish customers and we were told ‘we’re very busy’

You are very racist and forgetting that tourists keep you in the business. We ended up leaving in the end

What a horrible experience, avoid and go somewhere else.

Great place to grab a bite to eat and enjoy refreshments whilst you are out shopping. If you wanted a small snack there were a lovely selection of pinchos including a few vegetarian ones. Also the vegetarian spinach burger was full of flavour and would highly recommend it. As a vegetarian family we were full of questions and the waitress 'Flor', (I hope we captured her name correctly) fielded them with knowledge and professionalism and if she didn't have the answer spoke directly to the kitchen staff. What a great asset to the team she is and we look forward to our next visit...

MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE EVER! I never to bad reviews at the places, but this already happened few times to me at this restaurant. I was waiting to waiter for 30 min - she simply ignored me! Went for the bartender to ask the drink - he told me there is no way, I have to wait. Waited 15 min more and nothing. And she was not busy, just ignoring. In the end I spent nearly 45 min and want served. Don’t know why and how it’s even possible, maybe it’s because I am a foreigner?! … Will never come there again and highly don’t recommend...
