Ginos — Restaurant in Marratxí

My friend and I visited this restaurant and unfortunately, it did not meet expectations. We ordered a ranch burger with a side salad, and a kids’ beef burger with extra pickles and basil mayo.

The kids’ burger arrived first but was incorrect – it was chicken instead of beef, missing the extra pickles, and with ketchup instead of basil mayo. We pointed this out to the waiter and re-specified the order. It took another 10 minutes for a new burger to arrive, and while it was beef this time, it still tasted as with ketchup instead of basil mayo. At that point, I just let it go.

My friend’s meal came out correctly, but we had to ask four times for cutlery. After 15 minutes, we were finally given just two forks instead of a basic full cutlery set.

Overall, the food was okay, but the service was very poor. Based on this experience, I can’t...

Service needs to be improved. We ordered 2 mains, kids meal with drink and a pitcher of lemonade. We placed the order with the waiter in english. The kids drink arrived and it was wrong but we accepted it anyway. The kids meal came and it was wrong, the server came and put the food on the table and walks away - there was no cutlery or napkins on the table! After we asked for this, the pizza arrives and it's also wrong - they take it away and replace it. The food is nice but the lemonade was way too sour. Will not be returning as it was not a pleasant...

La comida es lo único bueno y es mejorable, por eso doy dos estrellas y no solo una. El servicio hace la comida poco agradable. Menos mal que pedí pasta y estaba muy buena, aunque las cintas estaban pegadas entre ellas (eso me pasa en casa cuando la tengo cocida de hace rato y le añado la salsa después). Si no te gusta el borde de la pizzas no pidas aquí, hay más masa que pizza. El servicio fatal, tardaron muchísimo en servir y eso que llegamos pronto (13:30). Cuando trajeron la comida uno de nosotros pidió una segunda bebida y el camarero no solo no preguntó si queríamos más bebidas, es que no nos dio tiempo a pedirle más... Se fue corriendo. Al cabo de un rato le recordamos la bebida que se había pedido y le pedimos dos cañas más. Aún estamos esperando a que las sirvan. Eso sí, de cobrarlas sí se acordaron, tuvimos que hacer modificar la cuenta. Cuando le dijimos que había facturado dos cañas que no habían llegado a traer, ni siquiera pidió disculpas por no haberlas traído, por el error, por lo que sea... Para traer el postre de las niñas (dos bolas de helado con dos cucuruchos) tardaban más de media hora, así que pedimos que lo pusieran para llevar, al fin y al cabo eran unos helados... Incomprensiblemente pusieron la bola de helado en un tapper para llevar con el cucurucho bailando al lado y los lacasitos, sin cucharita ni nada. Lamentable. Sinceramente no comprendo este trato al cliente, puedo entender que haya mucha gente, aunque también había muchos camareros, pero la sensación de perseguir al camarero y que no te haga ni caso.... No vuelvo en mi vida y no lo recomiendo a nadie. Cualquier sitio es...
