Avoid this store

I bought a full set of garden furniture from In & Out in Punta Prima. Everything went smoothly until they received the payment. About a year later, I contacted them to ask if they could order a replacement cushion cover, as the original one was accidentally burned by a guest with a cigarette.

They offered absolutely no help and simply told me they don’t order such items. I know for a fact that the manufacturer still sells this furniture, so the issue clearly lies with the store’s unwillingness to assist. It’s not about the ability—it’s about bad customer service and lack of responsibility.

I strongly advise others to avoid this store. Once they’ve got your money, don’t expect any...

Great store with excellent service and high quality products! This is the 2nd time we bought some outdoor furniture here. We were looking for some durable and high quality dining set and found it here. This time the whole process took place ‚online‘ - great contact directly through Whattsapp made the ordering process super easy. All questions were answered very detailed and quickly. Delivery just two days later, so that we are ready for the upcoming holiday season. The sun beds we bought here two years ago still look like new - although they are outside 24/7. Necesitaba un cojín de un conjunto de terraza q compre en 2021, desde el 4 de mayo me puse en contacto para comprar el cojín, después de 2 meses no tenia cojín. Pero para mi asombro después de poner una reseña por el mal trato recibido por Vanessa al día siguiente el jefe Javier me manda un audio comentándome q tienen el cojín pero que su precio es de 100 euros y me comenta que si elimino la reseña que me costaría 50 euros , vamos chantaje puro y duro.(en vez de disculparse ,hacerme buen precio e invitarme a quitar la reseña).
