Ilusiona — Attraction in Paterna

I booked this place for the birthday party of my son (8) and it was disappointing. Although the bowling itself was fun, the organisation of the venue is very poor. There was nobody to welcome us, I constantly had to find and ask staff about what was happening, we were basically just left to manage it all ourselves. Why did I pay €12 per child? For what? Just to have a table at the end to serve our own cake on? The staff were just sitting there doing nothing, not proactive or taking drinks orders. I had to ask for the pre-ordered snacks for the parents myself while were were already upstairs at the tables after the bowling. Very annoying. Finally, I think it is ridiculous to have the birthday tables right beside the parque infantil but you have to pay extra to use it! It is nearly impossible and very unfair to tell children they cannot go and enjoy it when they are literally 2 meters away. You either make it all inclusive of the birthday or you place the bowling party tables...

As poor service as you can imagine!!! We arrived to play bowling and when it came to our turn they said you need a ticket, but the machine even didn't work! Then another guy came turned the ticket machine on, but meanwhile other people got served! Then again was our turn and they served somebody else as they had birthday party! No apologies or whatsoever. Actually being rude continuously!!! Also shoes are with holes)) and it's quite expensive!! For one line we paid 45 eur for 7 ppl. And there are no screens and no towels as usually are in other...

I went to Ilusiona Heron City Paterna with my friends, a group of 14, Marta and Esther gave an amazing and friendly service and a really good guest experience.
