The Black Turtle - Heron City — Restaurant in Paterna

We were a big group of 9 adults and 6 children visiting yesterday around 20.00 so empty restaurant when we arrived. First, they are quick to take our drinks order only to then tell us after that they don't have any of the normal burger buns or the chicken strips on the children's menu. Then 4 of the burgers arrive at the adult table around 15 minutes later 2 more burgers arrive. Then the last 3 adults have to wait almost 30 minutes before their food arrives and on top off the waiting, the food is cold. Then at the children's table all the food is cold. The hotdogs have cheese on them and are so cold that the cheese is stiff and inedible. One child ordered a burger without cheese and told the waiter when it arrived WITH cheese. The waiter then opens the child's burger and REMOVES THE CHEESE WITH HIS FINGERS and hand the burger to the child!!!!! This, the adults are told by the children when we're leaving the restaurant. It's absolutely disgraceful, and if we had known earlier, we would definitely NOT have paid for the food as the bill was not cheap. Neither of us will return and really think the owner/manager should have a serious look at the running...

We were “accidentally” charged 10€ more each for our drinks (thinking maybe that we wouldn’t realize since we come from abroad), and when we complained about it, they couldn’t do a refund, the waiter was so rude with everyone (and kept the money at the end) … you should send your staff for some therapy and teach them how to treat your costumers… the ladies were very professional and the bathrooms were nice. It was only that guy… it was unbelievable .. if this was Dubai that ignorant waiter would have been fired on the spot. He even had the courage to tell us it was our fault. I never waste my time on reviews but this was just way too much. We were 13 persons from all over the world and I can assure you we are never...

Hola me llamo Mateo y quería compartiros mi experiencia en el black tutelé con el servicio de Andrea. Desde el primer momento en que llegamos, Andrea nos recibió con una sonrisa que transmitía cercanía y profesionalidad. No es fácil encontrar a alguien que combine tanta amabilidad con una atención tan cuidada, y ella lo hace de una manera natural y encantadora. Cada detalle que tuvo con nosotros nos hizo sentir especiales, como si fuéramos los únicos clientes del lugar.

Se nota que Andrea disfruta de su trabajo y que lo hace con pasión, porque todo lo que ofrece lo hace con entrega y dedicación. Su paciencia, su capacidad para resolver dudas y la manera tan clara y amable en la que explica cada cosa son dignas de admirar. La verdad es que nos hizo sentir como en casa, pero al mismo tiempo en un auténtico paraíso.

El ambiente se vuelve distinto gracias a ella: todo fluye, todo parece más sencillo y mucho más agradable. Es de esas personas que dejan huella y que uno no olvida, porque logran que una experiencia cotidiana se convierta en algo especial.

Sinceramente, pensamos que personas como Andrea merecen un reconocimiento mayor. No sólo por la atención impecable, sino porque aporta un valor humano inmenso. Si estuviera en nuestras manos, sin duda le subiríamos el sueldo, porque su trabajo vale mucho más de lo que seguramente recibe.

Además, su calidez va más allá de lo profesional: transmite confianza, alegría y una energía que contagia. Estar atendidos por ella fue un verdadero privilegio. No exageramos al decir que gracias a Andrea sentimos que habíamos viajado a un rincón de ensueño, donde todo es cuidado, respeto y calidad.

Recomendamos con total convicción este lugar, y en especial resaltamos el trabajo de Andrea. Ojalá hubiera más personas como ella, porque realmente marca...
