Museu marítim bastant complet, tot i que acostumada a veure el de Barcelona no em va impressionar. Tot i així, val la pena visitar-lo. Les plantes superiors, per on s'inicia la visita, estan dedicades a la part històrica, i hi ha moltes maquetes de vaixells, i també armes i diferents utensilis. A les plantes inferiors hi ha els aquaris, incloent un túnel per on es poden observar diferents peixos i, naturalment, taurons nedant per sobre. Al final trobem una botiga on comprar algun record.

El pasado 16 de Mayo participe junto a mis compañeros de Agora Txingudi (asociación para la conservación del patrimonio histórico de Hendaya) en una espléndida visita guiada. Aprendimos mucho dado el alto nivel de conocimiento de la historia de nuestra guía, su total dominio del idioma francés y el trato tan agradable que nos brindó. Lo recomiendo totalmente. Muchas gracias por esta experiencia tan enriquecedora.

Not a musuem. More of an exhibition space. No charge. Very small - located on two floors. More a teaching space for local school trips. The Magallenes video however is excellent - giving a vivid ( in various languages) description of the 2 year round world gory and violent voyage undertaken back in the 1500s The rest is not...

Small museum specializing in the marine history of San Sebastian. Be sure and visit it as the special exhibits are well done. We saw an exhibit on the importance of women of the area on the marine economy. The women were and are a vital part of this...

Nice displays but very confusing. A whole floor on the US fight for independence with no English translation as to how it relates to Spain & the Basque culture. English notes that are present were so small they were difficult to read. Just glad we came...
