What a pity. Location could have been very nice BUT near entrance to the beach there is a sign that if you swim "you might get contaminated". Furthermore, there are somewhere about 15 tents of HOMELESS people on this beach. Don't recommend visiting it at all

Bueno.. si estás desesperado por tocar el agua y no tenés 20 minutos para tomarte una guagua a alguna de las muchas playas paradisíacas de la isla.. digamos que está caleta es una buena opción.. es chiquitita y está prohibido bañarse por la calidad del agua, pero todos se bañan igual.. (creo que está la refinería a unos pocos cientos de metros). Si vas por un costadito como hacen todos hay un lugarcito muy angosto que podés caminar por la arena hasta el agua en vez de ir pisando piedras.. y creo que hay gente viviendo ahí en unas carpetas.. no es muy top.. pero está bien para mojarse los piesitos

Despise what the signs say, it's a public beach (the only one in the city) that lacks a safeguard by design. So if you are there you are on your own.
