Fui a Zara Woman el jueves 8 de Mayo sobre las 18:00 ( así podrán verificar por cámara como estaban mis pantalones)de la tarde porque se me había caído un café en los pantalones y quería comprarme uno para cambiarme. Había muchísima cola en los probadores de Woman , gente ayudando a sus amigos y entrando más ropa para probar, cosa muy habitual para no salir y volver a hacer la cola. Pues fui a Zara kids y no había nadie, ni comprando ni niños en los probadores, pues me metí porque iba a hacer rápido y tenía a mi amiga por fuera avisando por si venía alguien irme. Pues cuando le estoy enseñando el pantalón a mi amiga pasan dos dependientas y una me dice de muy malas formas q eso estaba reservado para niños, le explico que la de mujeres estaba lleno y que necesitaba probarme rápido que ya me iba y me mira de una forma que le contesté que por favor no me volviera a mirar así, se retrasó en su paso volvió al probador y me pregunta de qué manera me había mirado, le dije de muy malas formas y que no hay necesidad, que con mucha educación y respeto yo me me voy que no sabía que no se podía, que no hay nada escrito en los probadores, no hay nadie. Y al lado del otro probador había un chico probándose también, lo q claro, a quién vio fue a mi. Me imagino que estará harta de decírselo a gente, poniendo un cartel al menos ahorramos el mal humor hacia el cliente. Entiendo que se dedique a niños exclusivamente pero deberíamos de ser más flexibles en ciertos casos puntuales en los que no había nadie, tanto como los usuarios de probadores de Woman lo somos cuando madres se prueban junto a sus hijos y se entiende perfectamente. Its a really nice store, but the staff is arrogant. When you're queuing for the cash register and the lady is talking about private stuff to another customer, she yells "Chicos... Chicos... the queue is here! While we are in the waiting line and where she said in Spanish, it doesnt bother me that you have to wait any longer because you don't understand me" and then continues to gossip in Spanish. But she didnt know that we understand Spanish. We threw the items on the floor and we left the store...
