Disgusting place. Super dirty. Only the consult on the phone was amazing. They asked and explained every little details and I sent several pictures and videos of my desired color and style. They told me the budget ( €300!!!! ) And with that, I was expecting to get an amazing result. Especially after I read all great reviews... It turns out, I paid €300 for very unevenly bleached + colored hair. One of the staff was clearly incompetent (I think he shouldn't be allowed to do anything besides washing hairs). Ah, and there's no coffee or anything. I don't know why they advertise like some kind of fancy hair salon. The place was far from "fancy".

You can see in the picture it's clearly different color on the left and the right side.

NO, I'm not mistaken with other hair salon. How can I forget this unpleasant experience? And you are lying about the price. Or you just don't remember that you scammed me.( Surely I was the best target to be scammed since I'm a foreigner.) I asked local people around me and they all said €300 is crazily over priced "even in the luxury salon" in Seville. AND in fact, my sister in law came along with me to make sure about the price when I visited you the next day to "fix" the color. And you told her "That's the price for this kind of work". And when I said "fancy", I meant that you have a sign clearly says "Coffee and Haircut " and some people reviewed that they could have coffee, beer...so, I thought it's a fancy place that's doing something unique. I didn't say you are not "luxury" because I knew you are not. I just said it's too expensive EVEN IF it was a luxury salon.( I think you don't understand the definition of the word "Fancy" and mixing up what all I said. You can be a friendly place but also be CLEAN!!!)

More details: There's three people working in this salon. One is the owner and there's another stylist and one assistant. (When I visited in December 2019) I showed them a pic of the model with wavy/curly hair and asked to make that look. Alas they curl my hair with A BRUSH in stead of using hair iron and I ended up look like a grandma with super fluffy hair. Of course, It has nothing to do with the image I showed them. El trato es muy amable, te presupuestan al darte la cita, no alli. Está todo limpio pero el resultado no me parece tan profesional como intentan demostrar con sus precios y su instagram. Le he dado varias oportunidades. Mi objetivo era llegar a tener un rubio platino y como bien te asesoran, eso no se consigue en una sesión sino en varias para que te quede bonito. Tras 3 sesiones el resultado sigue siendo un rubio platino a mechitas, donde unas si tienen el color deseado pero tb hay otras muchas mechas en blanco y otras en amarillo pollo. Además la parte de la raíz está mas amarillenta que el resto del pelo. Te dicen que eso con el uso del tratamiento morado se va unificando o en siguientes sesiones pero es que cada sesión son más de 100 pavos mas el coste de los productos para luego seguir teniendo parches en el cabello. Nada de lo que se ve en su instagram donde parecen ser expertos en color y decoloración pero no es asi. Además del precio que cuesta, me molesta mucho que una vez terminan el corte y el peinado lo hacen a la carrera siempre y no te adaptan el corte a lo que pides, si no que te lo cortan para ocultar las puntas quemadas haciendote unas capas según van viendo que hay que cortar tras la decoloración. Al final, he tenido que volver a teñirme de oscuro en mi casa. Menuda ruina para obtener un resultado como si me hubiera decolorado junto con una amiga siguiendo...
