Beware of Gallery FourLife: A Costly Custom Framing Nightmare

I regretfully share this experience after paying a substantial sum for custom frames from Gallery FourLife. What followed was an absolute disaster. Despite repeated assurances, they failed to deliver the frames as promised—even after months of delays. Once my payment was secured, communication abruptly ceased; they've since gone completely unresponsive. They did eventually acknowledge the issue and promised a full refund, claiming it had been processed. However, no funds ever appeared in my account. Now, they're ignoring all follow-up inquiries, leaving me out of pocket and without recourse.

Gallery FourLife: I did not want to do this, and told you on multiple occasions that if you continue to ignore me I will have no choice but to do this publicly. If you don't deliver the frames or issue the promised refund immediately, I'll be compelled to expand this review with full details and pursue all available legal avenues for compensation. Potential customers, steer clear—this business is unreliable and unresponsive.

This gallery is situated in a residential area and in a ground floor of a house.

It’s not very welcoming experience to go there, I went there alone sometime back. Felt really uncomfortable.
