My recent visit to Java Lounge left a bitter taste in my mouth, not because of the coffee, but due to the unacceptable handling of a basic customer concern. The experience was tarnished by the blatant disregard for parking etiquette and the unprofessional conduct of the staff.

Upon arriving at epiq Foods, I was dismayed to find the entrance obstructed by vehicles belonging to patrons of the neighboring coffee shop. It was evident that their parking overflow was encroaching upon our establishment's space. This not only inconvenienced customers but also posed a potential safety hazard.

Seeking resolution, I approached the coffee shop's staff to request the removal of the offending vehicles. To my astonishment, the supervisor's response was shockingly dismissive and outright rude. Instead of addressing the issue with empathy and urgency, they callously shrugged off responsibility, suggesting that it was not their concern to identify the vehicle owners. This lack of accountability is deeply concerning and reflects poorly on the establishment's professionalism.

Furthermore, the behavior of their security personnel, or lack thereof, was equally disappointing. It's evident that their security measures are lax, allowing such parking violations to occur unchecked.

I went to the Jawatte Java Lounge branch. I am a regular customer here and I often visit the shop. I am a pure vegetarian and I don't get any vegetarian options any day any time. I raised an issue to the manager regarding this because it is not about the preferred meal but something to snack when I am hungry. They said they will raise this concern and make arrangements for the vegetarians. Its so frustrating to see all the vegetarian options put up on the menu.

Coming to the point, I am okay with this. But last time, when I visit the branch on 29th October 2022 around 9pm, I asked the person in the cashier for a veg option. As expected they didn't have anything. But the issue is he smudged and treated me as if I am begging for a meal for a long time. He frowned and recklessly answer me to go to another branch or shop if I want any veg options. The least I expected was a small apology as the options in the menu is not available. Instead I was treated rudely and asked to go to another shop.

I want to make this a complaint. Its okay not to have veg options available, but the least I expect the person to behave appropriately when I am starving and expecting anything vegetarian.
