Carl Eldhs Ateljémuseum — Attraction in Stockholm

The museum is truly a fairytale. A short, wavy-haired employee greeted us at the door with a smile, but another employee there was incredibly rude. I'm a content creator, and my job is to create content, and I shot videos for the museum. Taking photos is not prohibited. But a brown-haired employee with glasses constantly stood over us . ( I describe her this way because I don't know her name.) I know her job is to monitor the works, but she made it very clear that she didn't want us there. It was clear she was uncomfortable with us filming. My friend and I felt uncomfortable with the employee's attitude throughout our time there. I also think this person took our picture because she pointed her camera at us. She probably took a picture of us and sent it to someone. After I saw that I approached her and politely asked if there was a problem, but she was rude. Even though I explained that I wasn't bothering anyone, she snapped at me rudely. It's not nice to be greeted this way in a place where you pay. We felt on edge and completely unwelcome. I believe customer satisfaction is paramount. Employees should always be polite. I'm deeply sorry to have experienced such a negative experience. It's unfortunate that someone who greets customers negatively works in such a magical environment. It's clear she doesn't love her job. Unfortunately, she made us feel this way. We left there...

If you are into sculptures the Carl Eldh studio is a must see, located in the beautiful Bellevue park, his studio has some great specimens in a fantastic setting, they do tours on the hour so make sure you time your visit and if you have to wait there is a beautiful garden with some of his sculptures dotted around. The whole experience was surreal. Being able to see an artist sculpture and understand their story and how they came to be. There was a guide showing and explain certain details of the sculpture and their meaning of how Carl was trying to express the sculpture emotions by their movement.As an artist this was an amazing revelation to see art in the eye of someone else.
