The hotel seems newly renovated and the interior is very nice. Our queen size bed was very soft and two people laying in it created kind of a crater in the middle. Personally I prefer a less soft bed but that's just me. The breakfast was a disappointment in correlation to the high price per night. There were no other topping or spread to bread other than butter and cheese. Upon arrival at 3pm the day before, the staff asked for breakfast allergies and we informed them about a milk allergy. But they did not provide an alternative for neither yoghurt nor spread which was a disappointment- I could only eat bread with a cucumber slice on it with a pre-baked croissant... We also forgot a piece of our luggage in our room which we called about the day after check out, the staff informed us that the cleaners had found the item but had thrown it away(!). They offered no compensation or apologies other than "sorry". We're overall disappointed with the hotel, it was very nicely renovated and most of the staff were kind but the service was really bad unfortunately. We expected more from a hotel in this price class. I don't think it's...
Read moreWe spent one night at the room 13, superior queen, which was perfect for two adults and a baby. It fitted easily the pram, baby crib and our luggages. The bed is also big enough for your kid to sleep with you. The room was even better live than in the pictures.
The room and the hotel is very nicely decorated and newly renowated. In the summer the room may get hot, but you can open the windows and there is a good fan in the room as well. The street may be a bit noisy, if windows are open, but there were earplugs by the house.
Staff was nice and polite and we got help with all our questions. The location is great, with many restaurants and good public transportation. We came by ferry, and there was a good bus connection to the ferry terminal.
I will definitely come again, when...
Read moreI am not aware of the usual prices for a hotel in Stockholm, but I got the windowless room for around 200 euros for two people and I don't think I'd recommend it.
The room was way smaller than I expected, the walls and furniture are all of very dark colors which combined with the absence of windows is somewhat claustrophobia-inducing, and the room is next to the hotel's public toilets, which feels a bit weird. On top of that, in our case, the TV in the room was oblique and almost falling down when we got in.
The hotel in general is nice and in a good position, the service seems great, and the breakfast was okay. Probably other rooms are very nice, but I would really recommend against choosing the windowless ones. They are simply...
