Savoj Pizza Vasastan — Restaurant in Stockholm

Bad pizza and bad service. The restaurant wrongly charged me for a more expensive wine I was not served and made me pay twice for their mistake without even offering a sorry or a gesture of goodwill. This was the most lengthy refund experience, with the waitressing having to FaceTime the owner for over 10 minutes to figure out how to refund me, me having to pay twice, and then the waitress having to call the boss from his house and bring him there to explain why the refund process was so lengthy. Not even a sorry or gesture of goodwill from either when they could see I was obviously left disappointed. Poor customer service, I would rather go to Meno Male down the street and get a less overpriced decent pizza. Savoj is a good pizza place if you’ve never had...

Cold Pizza. Despite living across across the street or 50-100m from the Pizzeria we decided to yse the Uber Eats at it had a promitional offer. Pizza is due 18:25 first we get a notification that its running late, second notification cant find driver, finally a driver is there but its waiting for the Pizza we are thinking great maybe they will make a new fresh batch. Driver gets the Pizza drives in the opposite direction. Finally shows up 19:18 we are talking more than 45min for a Pizza delivery across the street…. So the driver has of course tried to batch orders from several services and delivers our Pizza cold. This is more on Uber Eats perhaps than Savoi but both need to make sure their supply chain doesn’t...

Not sure how being friendly and polite can result in a situation when waiting in a line for a table (and being said that the next table will be free in 15 minutes), and then another swedish speaking party comes in who also do not have reservation gets a table before us (my partner understands Swedish, so he heard that they were promises a table in a short moment). Also, ordered the beer called "waiting beer" (but written in svenska on the behind bar wall), but got other price than it was said. Sad for the attitude.
