I could literally give negative star if I could. Went to this place on 29th and 30th of December 2019, turned out to be a nightmare!! Queued 1 hour first the first day and 1 hour and 10 minutes on the second day to get on the gondola and not even the slopes!!! And most chair lifts we had to wait at least 10 minutes every time!

Da wir die einzigen Gäste weit und breit waren und auch als Familie alleine in der Gondel, haben wir uns "erlaubt" die Maske auf der Fahrt herunterzunehmen. An der Mittelstation wurden wir angehalten und in einem höchst aggressiven und äusserst unfreundlichen Ton vom Mitarbeiter zurechtgewiesen, er hat gar gedroht, dass wir sonst sofort aussteigen müssen und laufen! Wir waren sprachlos! So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt! Das ist weder zum Schutz der Menschen, noch gesunder...

Very convenient and well located next to the main train station and hotels on the high street. New and clean gondolas. We went all the way up to Gutsch and it also stops half way at Natschen.
