This is challenging to rate. Here's what I'll say: the train ride up as well as the history and exhibits make this a must see if you are in the region. If you hike to the Moenchsjochhuette, then that makes it ever better. But there are so many people here it can feel like Disneyland. Even in May you were crammed into elevators shoulder to shoulder and barely able to move on the observatory decks. Plus, certain cultures are more concerned with photo shoots of themselves in these areas than actually looking at the view. Groups with each person doing 5-6 different poses with probably 25-30 pictures taken, and they will get angry if you get even a little into their frame. It makes it hard to enjoy the nature. But the ice cave is cool and we had a good time. Just...

The observation deck with a view of Mönch is packed with people from all over the world, but it's well worth it. We took the cable car and mountain train to get there, and the mountain train on the way back, but it was...
