The largest shopping mall not just in Zürich but all of Switzerland, Glattzentrum meets all the shopping needs one has and is the place to go for shopping for everything from everyday groceries to clothes and accessories. My personal favourite here is the Migros, spread across several floors and having a very extensive spread of food and other household items, it's the largest Migros I've ever been to. It's accessible very easily via tram via the Glattzentrum tram stop, as well as bus via the Glattzentrum bus stop from both Oerlikon, and Dietlikon and Wallisellen. Highly recommend for your shopping needs if you live, or are staying in the Glatt Valley.

Glatt is another "standard mall". It has all the same shops as most malls do. However, the cleanliness is very appreciated. Even in the bathrooms at the food court, the cleanliness is better than a lot of other malls. There are some slides which are a cool experience for children. The parking is free which is super appreciated, especially nowadays in Switzerland. There's also enough parking spaces so you can always find a spot. The bus station and tram station are also right next to the building, so if you are travelling with public transit, you won't have any issues.

Disappointed. Very cheap poor decorations:( No more lights around the building. Sled with bears and gifts was replaced for foil shade of Santa:( Very beautiful carousel changed for cheap. Christmas tree decoration changed for strange lights only, no more train around the tree. Presents packing become smaller and close half hour before the shops close. Even ice skating no more. Extremely poor decorating! And one more thing it’s NO MORE family toilets, NO breastfeeding room. Glattzentrum doesn’t care traditional classic families?!

Being a father of two active children and having a partner who loves shopping this place is ideal to spend time in. Free parking in Switzerland. Kind of unique. Parking here is not difficult as there are an awful lot of places. Still has the same narrow slots but you can get used to it as in Swiss places this is common. Slides inside for free. Awesome! Take your kids there and you have an hour for them having fun for free and an hour for you to somewhat relax. Meanwhile your partner can spend some time(and money).
