Worst experience and service ever. Since over a month, the order stations are continuously out of order or not working properly. Ordering at the cashier almost impossible. Staff doesn’t understand German or English. Most menu items not being available doesn’t make this easier. You can’t even order a coke or the seasonal items. The only items available are the small cheese and chicken burgers. For some reason, pre-ordering through the app those not work neither. And finally, they have a screen showing which orders are in the making and which ready to pick up. Of course staff doesn’t really know how to use the system as the display never really reflects the situation properly. It’s just random. And now, the food also often tastes badly (burned, old). Dear manager,

I want to bring your attention to a systematic issue which happened to me and also my friends at your restaurant. Every time I order the display of orders status shows that my order almost immediately goes to In Progress status and in 1-2 minutes minutes it moves to Serving Now status even if order is not even started by the chefs. I attached a receipt where it is visible that order was made 13:08 and display showed it serving now at around 13:12. In reality the order was served around 13:20 (8 minutes later). If it would happen only once I would ignore it but similar misinformation about status happened 3 times personally to me. In your other locations or other company like McD or KFC I never experienced this....

Yesterday was a nughtmare. Order sent was incomplete. They never picked up the phone. I had to drive all the way to complain about my irder. The place was practically empty so I cannot ynderstand why they are not answering phone, there were 3 people. Man who handled my complaint was very rude , unhelpful and aggressive.
