A cute scenic cart ride operating to and fro Wulai Old Street and Wulai Waterfall. NT50 one way, operating 0900 to 1700 hrs.
Tickets can be purchased at the counter or automated machine, which accepts cash, Yoyo 优游卡 card or credit card.
There's no fixed departure time, on average it departs every 10 mins, perhaps more frequent on peak days but when I was there, there were just 3 others, so we waited at the seating area for abit before they decided to board us. The ride is about 10 mins along a 1.5km track of what remains of the original track, ending at Wulai Waterfall station. From Wulai Station, sit on the left and on the way back from Waterfall station, sit on the right for best views.
