There are no covers on the food. So unlike Kura, people can look at it and breathe all over it, and in the case of my picture, kids can even touch the food.

This child was in the booth next to us and was periodically touching every plate as it passes by. Or she was so close to the food that it dragged her clothing or he hair dipped into it. The food is good as in all Sushiro... but i felt very not "in place" as a foreigner... I arrived, the machine was in mandarin and i dont read it , i tried to wave to a many servers for about 5minutes and many just passed by as they didnt see me. Then one came and told me to sit in the table number xx ... then nothing... I had to do everything by myself... they didnt even bring the soy sauce or told me how to get it or wet tissue... i've been to many Sushiro around asia and in Taiwan and this one...

I visit this sushi restaurant many years ago when I travel to Japan. When I know they open in Taiwan. I feel really interest to try. Food quality is almost exact same as their shop in Japan. They also provide english menu to order from panel. The only different is price per plate which is higher than Japan.
